− Les chambres à la hauteur sous plafond trop basses. Le bruit du funiculaire toute la nuit. L’absence de petit déjeuner sur place et l’obligation d’aller dans un café sans aucune vue au bord d’une route pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Le personnel qui n’a aucune attention pour les clients.
Top of the mountain in beautiful Bergamo.
10.0Location, at the top of the old city Bergamo, next to the upper funicular. Beautiful Italian villa with private parking and a warm, friendly and attentive staff. Super comfy bed in a quiet space that helped with our jet lag. Kudos to Svetlana and Bledi for speaking with and helping us like we were old friends.

4.0− Very disappointing experience. The staff were particularly unhelpful and made us feel like we were lesser mortals from the moment we walked into reception. There was no warm welcome, no effort to make us feel comfortable, and they seemed uninterested in helping us. They did not show us to the room or explain the hotel's facilities or services clearly, leaving us to figure everything out on our own. For the price charged, the level of service was simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is poor value for money, and there are far better places to stay. I would suggest staying elsewhere.
