− Die Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig und befanden sich in einem unzureichenden Zustand. Besonders erschreckend war, dass die Kaffeemaschine stark verschmutzt und sogar verschimmelt war. Dies ist aus hygienischer Sicht absolut inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich hatten wir ausdrücklich eine Buchung inklusive Frühstück vorgenommen. Das angebotene Frühstück entsprach jedoch in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen und auch nicht dem, was man bei einer solchen Buchung erwarten darf. Es wurde lediglich in einer kleinen Seitengasse serviert und bestand aus einem Kaffee im Pappbecher sowie einem Croissant. Weitere Speisen oder Auswahlmöglichkeiten gab es nicht. Ein derart schlechtes Frühstücksangebot habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. Für ein als „inklusive Frühstück“ verkauftes Angebot empfinde ich dies als irreführend und schlichtweg als Frechheit. Mit unserem Aufenthalt sind wir daher sehr unzufrieden und werden die Angelegenheit weiterhin bei Booking.com reklamieren.

7.0Śniadania całkiem smaczne miła obsługa, Właściciel umożliwił wcześniejsze skorzystanie z pokoju, a po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy pozostawić bagaże w holu recepcyjnym i korzystać z czasu wolnego.

8.0The location was amazing! And they did accommodate our need to check in early. The room was nice and big.
− The room didn’t have black out curtains -but it had thin curtains-that would make the room feel more private as you can other windows and buildings. Also it would be nice to have less light early in the morning.
