10.0Отель находится в шаговой доступности от оживленной улицы Истиклал, но на тихом переулке, поэтому достаточно тихо и шума с улиц не слышно. Бронировали две комнаты супериор, и одну эконом. Комнаты супериор достаточно просторные и комфортные, эконом для двоих взрослых маловата. Уборка ежедневная по запросу, меняют постель и полотенца. Персонал услужливый, стараются помочь и угодить. Завтрак на террасе, подача порционная. Так как мы приехали большой группой, то сидели и общались на завтраком до полутора часа, при этом персонал подавал чай и кофе в неограниченном количестве. Были во многих отелях в этом районе Стамбула, и за такую стоимость этот отель лучший в своем сегменте.

5.0A személyzet kedves és udvarias volt, a kommunikációval nem volt problémánk. Sajnos a szálloda egyéb szolgáltatásai és az általános benyomásunk nem feleltek meg az előzetes várakozásainknak.
− A szálloda fotói és a valóság között jelentős eltérést tapasztaltunk. A szobában a fotókon több alkalommal is feltüntetett Illy kapszulás kávégép nem volt, a tetőterasz messze elmaradt a bemutatott képtől, a szobák pedig láthatóan megkoptak. A reggeli rendkívül szerény, gyenge minőségű volt, a környéken működő szórakozóhelyek miatt pedig éjszaka zajos volt a környezet. Összességében a szálloda szolgáltatásai és állapota jelentősen elmaradtak az előzetes elvárásainktól.
