Хороший добротный пятизвездначный , со всеми вытекающими, отель. Очень чисто, красиво, чудесное место. Еда вкусная, особенно ужин и атмосфера во время.

− Персонал- средне... На этаже - не понравилось все: коридор, возле лифта, комната, матрас, горничные. Комната. Да, ремонт, но старой конструкции, многое раздражало, но больше всего- мягкий с продавлинами матрас, я просто скатывалась то в одну, то в другую сторону, спать было невозможно, спина болела, не высыпалась совсем. Постельное белье и подушки- тоже не ахти. Горничные на этаже явно мешали. У меня было обозначено "не беспокоить". Чек- аут был в 12:00. Начиная с 11:46 они стучали и звонили в дверь не переставая, хоть я открыла и сказала, что сейчас выхожу. Они не унимались и позвонили раз 10 не меньше!! Кричали в коридоре. Это неприемлемо! Как вообще, так и в особенности для 5 звезд, куда приезжаешь отдыхать и не за малые деньги!
