Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund seiner ausgezeichneten Lage empfehlenswert.
8.0Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt direkt am Eingang der Altstadt und ganz in der Nähe der Bushaltestellen, sodass alles bequem zu Fuss oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption. Sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell.
− Schade war hingegen der Service beim Frühstück und an der Hotelbar am Abend. Das Personal wirkte leider oft unmotiviert und wenig freundlich. Mit einem herzlicheren Service hätte unser Aufenthalt perfekt sein können.
Das Personal hat uns sehr geholfen.
