8.0The location is amazing, best sunsets of the whole island! Definition of romance! The staff were very friendly and our stay was lovely. Only 1 night we were locked out the room as the key card didn't work and the receptionist had to come in the middle of the night to let us in, as they don't have 24h reception and it took a while.

10.0Wow, this was one of the best international hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff at the property was communicative prior to our arrival about arranging pickup at the port to bring us to the hotel, and met us promptly at the pickup point to walk us to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean, beyond expectations. We took the hotel's restaurant recommendations and are so glad we did! We wished we could have stayed longer! We had a very early 4:45am departure, and the staff made us breakfast boxes to go... what service! Thanks so much, Nefeles, we will be back!

10.0Hotel in s prime location. Easy access to everything. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning. You can sit on balcony and enjoy the view of the caldera while eating. The only negative is the bedroom is up steep stairs and you have to walk over a large step to get into the bathroom. The ceilings are low as well. If you are a super tall person this hotel is not for you.
