10.0Отель уютный, просторный номер с изысканным дизайном и обилием декора. В интерьере присутствует много приятных глазу мелочей. Из панорамных окон открывается красивый вид на старый город Анкары. Понравился завтрак по индивидуальному меню.
− Временами возникающий ужасный запах канализации в сан. узле. Нет определенности с началом завтрака (на ресепшен сказали с 6.00, в ресторане с 7.00). А нам, приехавшим с разницей во времени -4 часа, этот вопрос был принципиальным...

10.0I had a great stay at the Lugal Hotel in Ankara and would highly recommend it. What really stood out was the exceptional staff across the board. From the front office team to the porters and housekeeping, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service made the experience feel seamless and very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was also amazing—an excellent variety and quality that made for a perfect start to each day. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers a refined, quiet atmosphere—ideal for both business and leisure travel.
− One minor point for improvement would be clearer signage to the Health Club (including the spa, gym and swimming pool), which was not immediately easy to find.
