8.0The property was in good condition The apartment was lovely. It was a ground floor studio room 7 but it didn't match the photos as it was showing room 8 at the front of the building which I think is a one bed apartment. The room was clean and spacious with a seperare kitchen area and bathroom. It had everything you would need just no oven. I didn't need one for a weekend stay but a family staying with children might welcome one. The only complaint was when I opened the cupboard in the kitchen to put my snacks in, the previous guest had left some mouldy breadcakes and various packets of crisps. The cleaner should of checked all cupboards before allowing new guests to check in. This wasnt too much of an issue. Parking is also a problem as there is no parking on site. I parked for 3 hrs outside on double yellows with my disabled badge but then had to move it to somewhere where it could be parked overnight which was very difficult as Skegness is very busy on a weekend. I did find a side street to park on but there was no spacec until early evening.
