10.0Zimmer war sehr groß mit Balkon und wunderschön. Der Parkplatz war relativ voll man konnte aber noch parken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
− Frühstück hätte reichhaltiger sein können, ich fand es ein bisschen wenig Auswahl.

9.0Frühstück schon ab 7 Uhr. Das war super! Konnte mein Fahrrad separat unterstellen.
Wunderbar für Kurzulaub
8.0Herrliches, neu renoviertes Fachwerkhaus mit Tradition. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal ,besonders Dame der Rezeption. Parkplatz kostenlos, außergewöhnlich für Wernigerode .Frühstück gut, geht aber besser.

7.0Die Lage, der Ausblick zum Schloß, Anbindung zu den Öffentlichen Verkehsmitteln, kurze Wege in Stadt und Umgebung. Unkompliziertes Einchecken.
− Die Aussenfassade, die Fenster vom schönen Frühstücksraum alle zur Straßenseite gelegen waren sehr sehr dreckig, Taubencode davor, Eingang von Aussen zum Frühstücksraum voller Deck, altem Laub....Gab kein Haus, welches von der Straßenseite so unsauber war...Nicht einladend. An den Fenstern stand Putz mich in den Staub geschrieben. Bei 30 Grad ein kleiner lauter Tischventilator im Zimmer. Bei offenem Fenster ist nur von 23 Uhr bis 04:30 h Schlaf möglich, dann beginnt die Rushouer von der Straße. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zur Straßenseite mit Balkon.
Ein unkomplizierter, guter Aufenthalt.
7.0Das Hotel liegt relativ Zentral. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Ich hatte einen Balkon, das hat mir gefallen.
