10.0Ich musste wegen einer Autopanne eine Nacht in Cesena bleiben und wählte daher dieses Hotel. Die Rezeptionistin vom Checkin zeigte sehr viel Mitgefühl hinsichtlich der Situation und ich bekam dann sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade. Am nächsten Tag übersetzte für mich eine weitere Rezeptionistin spontan, hilfsbereit und kompetent die telefonische Information der Werkstatt von italienisch auf Englisch. Super Service! Das Zimmer selbst komfortabel, schön und sauber. Die Matratze empfand ich als sehr bequem. Außerdem war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es wurde mir glutenfreies Gebäck auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.

10.0La camera familiare era di dimensioni generose: ingresso con armadio, un grande stanza matrimoniale, bagno,, camera dei figli con tre letti singoli. Ogni stanza aveva la sua tv. Ottima la colazione in tavernetta, grande varietá di prodotti freschi sia dolci che salati e tanta frutta.
