10.0Patricia was a wonderful host, very friendly and she served a very tasty, home cooked breakfast. Our room was very spacious and it had a beautiful, peaceful view over lakes and further away the sea. ThIs B&B is set in a very peaceful setting. A truly relaxing stay.

10.0Lovely quiet location to base yourself for exploring South west WA. Looking oover a couple of lakes and then the sea was a great view . We booked the sea view room . The bed was comfortable for a 6 day stay and the breakfast was cooked to order . The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions where to visit. One thing to remember is you need a car it is truly a beach retreat and well out of town on the forest edge. This is why it is peaceful place to return to Highly recommend staying here for a quiet night after a hectic day exploring the area

Quiet retreat close to town.
10.0We really enjoyed our stay at Martin Fields. Our host, Patricia, made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our conversations, Great for a few days stay or overnight. A few minutes drive to the centre of Busselton. Loved the gazebo, great for relaxing and watching the antics of the water birds on the lake.Wifi was a tad slow, but ok for email.
