Beautiful resort and location but the overall value didn't quite match the price.
8.0Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was memorable, and there are many things the resort does exceptionally well. The villas are stunning, the views are breathtaking, and the staff were warm, and attentive throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. A special thank you to Gift who was working on her and my birthday but still celebrated me generously.
− for a resort at this price point, there were a few areas that didn't quite meet our expectations. The food options felt quite limited, and while beautifully presented, many of the dishes especially at Jahn, lacked the flavour we'd hoped for. We also found the spa treatments to be incredibly expensive, even by luxury resort standards. After staying at another five-star resort in Koh Samui, it really highlighted the difference in overall value. Comparable accommodation there included airport transfers, a daily cocktail hour, and consistently delicious, affordable dining, which made the experience feel far more generous and complete. We still enjoyed our time at Conrad and would recommend it for the spectacular villas, incredible scenery and outstanding service.
