10.0The hospitality was amazing. We were there for our sons wedding and stayed 2 nights. They did a fabulous wedding event and should be very proud of themselves 10/10

Such a shame one incompetent staff member can mess up everything and potentially lose a customer
6.0The bedroom was the same one from a previous visit. The reception staff were nice but one of the evening bar staff was a complete nightmare.
− Everything went wrong. The person who served me got everything wrong. Gave me the wrong drink. Didn't put my food order through. Making me wait almost an hour before I queried it and they then told me, my order never reached the kitchen. He did apologise but then took my coffee order and never delivered it. They apologised again and I wasn't charged. But basically it ruined my stay this time around.
