Great base for a long weekend with a guaranteed welcome. Li is wonderful landlady
9.0Our host provided a warm welcome and regularly checked we were comfortable. Both bedroom and en-suite bathroom were immaculately clean. Tea and coffee was kept well topped up. Breakfast was freshly cooked on order each morning and was ample and delicious.
− Parking is up a lane and was a bit tricky at first. Exiting the lane onto the main road is also a bit hairy!

10.0- gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer im Landhausstil, mit Teebar, sauberes Bad mit Dusche, man kann den Kühlschrank in der Küche nutzen (war bei der außergewöhnlichen Hitze sehr hilfreich), Möglichkeit Wäsche auf einem Ständer zu trocknen, - sehr kinderfreundliche Vermieter, die auch auf Sonderwünsche eingehen - es werden Ausflugstipps gegeben - gute Lage für Ausflüge in Südengland

9.0Lovely host, fresh cooked to order breakfast, room had everything you need and a smart en-suite. Plus a lovely garden to sit in. Just a few minutes from train station.

A very pleasant stay with a friendly hostess and within easy reach of the Eden Project.
7.0It is a lovely old house with a garden and our room was large and comfortable looking out over the garden. Li, our hostess, was very friendly and attentive.
− Breakfast was OK but could have been more ambitious.

There is private parking for 4 cars at the back of the house, off of Coach House Lane. There is also free public parking near the house.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
