9.0The room was very clean and comfortable with door to separate sleeping areas. Jacuzzi tub was a great adition to the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was very good with a good selection.

9.0The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff was very nice.
− There was confusion about our room getting cleaned during our stay. We requested on two different occasions. One time we were told they didn’t have staff. That was understandable. The second time they said they would do it and then we came back from the day out to it not being touched, we ask about it and they said there was a miscommunication and they thought the room was empty and it wasn’t so they didn’t clean it. So two staff members came and gave us new towels and gave us toilet paper because we had none left in the room and they took the towels and bags of trash we had gathered up for them and sat by our hotel door. The staff members that helped were very nice. I think maybe the facility is possibly understaffed because the staff that was there was happy to help.
