It is in Frankton not the heart of Queenstown but good location and the boat/ferry super handy for getting into town

− Our room could have been cleaner Sometimes hot water did not heat up to a hot enough temperature in the evenings. Light near bed did not work in our room. Sliding door would not lock. Pool was cold. Not sure if spa in pool area was supposed to bubble but I could not find button to turn on. Lighting a bit dim in rooms Having to pay extra for parking
