10.0The Castaway Team was excellent each morning for breakfast. Enjoyed being helped by Ivonne and she was able to answer all our questions about the area. The beach is absolutely breathtaking. Eddie took care of us on the beach everyday and we wanted for nothing.
SPICE restaurant - fantastic vegetarian experience!
10.0Both members of our party are vegetarians, and the staff at Spice went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience! Jesus Avila was a FANTASTIC waiter and curated a delicious multi-course meal for us with vegetarian dishes that don’t appear on the menu. Not only was the food delicious, but Jesus had great energy and was very friendly so we enjoyed our experience beyond the food. 10/10 experience, and thanks to the whole team who created our meal — Jesus Avila, Hector Avila, and Natalia Berenice.
Best Dinner of the Trip: Spice
10.0Day 6 of 8 — Dinner at Spice was our favorite meal of the trip so far! Vanessa, the hostess, set us up for an amazing night. Our waiter, Jesus Avila, orchestrated an unforgettable menu alongside Chef Hector Avila and sushi chef Natalia.
Amazing Experience at Secrets Huatulco
10.0Our trip to Secrets Huatulco was spectacular. The Resort was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond on every single interaction. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed using our private terrace jacuzzi and while in the jacuzzi, we had the opportunity to see a pack of about 15 Coati’s that live around the property. We enjoyed the food at almost all restaurants. We were sad that we didn’t have a chance to try the seafood restaurant. Other than that, the food was delicious. We also had the chance to use the spa and it was a real treat. We enjoyed every minute of it. My wife and I highly recommend the Secrets Huatulco property and can’t wait to go in May of 2027 to the Puerto Vallarta Secrets. Alex and Nancy Juarez

8.0The hotel needs more update on the pools and the beds are to hard the same as the pillows.. the staft is super nice.. on the breakfast . Alejandrina , Andrea and Emanuel they make us to feel super nice.. we really like they service on the morning buffet.
The best escape for couples
10.0The best escape for couples, this place has it all. The bay is magnificent the restaurants and all of the staff to attend your needs, it is adults paradise, no kids disturbing on the poll of any of the restaurants, amazing music on the backgroud.
