Not much

− The parking lot was in disrepair, potholes everywhere. The room was old and in need of a full time handyman. Faucets falling off tub. Missing floor moulding. Mold and stuff on bathroom window, and a dead cockroach by the toilet. Mini fridge had lots of ice build up in freezer section. When I was there it was extremely hot (90's) but the room A/C kept shutting off and on all night, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I strongly recommend that booking.com remove this place from your choices. Breakfast looked so bad that I just had coffee and left.

− Almost everything. Carpet seemed dirty. Bathroom was dirty. My wife wouldn’t walk in the room without something on our feet. Parking was not good for the corner room. There was a rain storm and we had to walk thru water into the room. We could not wear our shoes the next day.
