8.0The initial receptionist was welcoming and clearly communicated her message relating to the parameters involved in the service the hotel provided. This included the timeframe for the provision of meals whether evening dining or breakfast.
− It was timely that the hotel informed the guest that the hotel was in the process of replacing the beds in the hotel because the bed was short and uncomfortable (lumpy). Nonetheless the bedroom was spotless and the provision of complimentary tea, biscuits and bottled water was a nice touch.

− Unfortunately there was a generator or fan noise we could hear all night long,shutting the windows helped a bit,and we did eventually sleep,but it was then very warm in room,I understand hotels need these machines,but it would really help if they were switched off overnight.
