8.0Petit buffet petit déjeuner bien garni, grand choix de viennoiserie, gâteaux, pains (excellents), bonnes confitures maison, La responsable est aux petits soins pour ses clients, merci, la literie au top, très confortable.
− Dommage qu on ne sait pas manger au jardin, il est agréable, ascenseur en panne et nous avons été étonnés que l établissement ne proposait ni frites, ni glace, n empêche que nous avons très bien mangé

4.0− La réactivité du personnel. Personne ne répond aux mails. Au téléphone la personne ne se présente pas, donne l’impression qu’on la dérange. Répond par un « allo » sans indiquer le nom de l’établissement. La personne ne trouve pas la réservation. Pareil quand on se présente sur place, c’est nous qui devons indiquer sur l’ordinateur de la personne à l’accueil ou notre réservation se trouve. Petit déjeuner à 17euros très très décevant. Consigne de paiement peu claires. Sur Booking il est indiqué que la réservation est prépayée mais il a fallu payer sur place. Nous sommes clients chez booking et ce n’est pas du tout l’usage.
