− Fiquei em um quarto virado para a avenida e o barulho incomodou um pouco, mas tb porque sou sensível a barulho. Nada demais.

7.0O serviço da camareira é ótimo. O quarto que ficamos era realmente espaçoso.
− Mas a recepção… chegar de viagem e ter que fazer check in virtual? Não faz o menor sentido. Falei que estava sem bateria no celular aquela altura do dia e fui orientada a esperar meu marido acabar o checkin dele, no celular dele, e então fazer o meu. O checkin era basicamente um cadastro com email e nascimento, que poderia, facilmente, ser preenchido pela recepcionista. O hotel erra ao impor o checkin virtual pelo hóspede, em Pé no balcão, e o funcionário erra a não ter sensibilidade de propor isso as 22h da noite, pra um hóspede sem bateria e visivelmente esgotado.

8.0O quarto é bem grande, tem canais de tv por assinatura, o chuveiro é muito bom, localização excelente.
− Café da manhã é fraco, o café coado não é bom nem o da máquina, cobram muito caro o pernoite do carro no estacionamento, e tem que tirar até as 6 da manhã senão cobram outra diária.
