− Faltou água todos os dias da nossa hospedagem, só voltou no último dia em que fomos embora (ou seja, pegamos a água somente pela manhã)! Foi uma experiência horrível ficar no quarto sem descarga funcionando, sem poder tomar banho etc. O hotel nos ofereceu um centro de bem estar para banho (fora da propriedade) e galões de água para ajudar, mesmo assim o desconforto foi enorme. Um ponto importante: antes de chegarmos, o hotel já estava sem água, portanto, poderia ter nos avisado e nos realocado em outro lugar!!! Este ponto é importante, pois mostraria respeito com o hóspede!!! Outro ponto importante: sempre gostamos de fechar hotéis com café da manhã, pois é uma grande facilidade quando se está viajando. Este hotel não tinha café incluso, mesmo assim o escolhemos pois no Booking dizia que oferecia café da manhã com custo apartado, e estávamos dispostos a pagar. Somente quando chegamos lá é que avisaram que não ofereciam. Sorte que havia cafeteira perto, mas em dias de passeios cedo não dá tempo. Isso também achamos bastante desrespeitoso com os hóspedes! Deveria ocorrer maior transparência nas informações!

10.0The place is located in a very convenient area. It is a well kept accommodation with great facilities. Virginia made our stay so comfortable. She went over and above for us by welcoming us and ensuring that we had everything we needed. She even stored our luggage safely while I had to go somewhere. Thank you.
Enjoyable overall. Extended by a day.
