Having recently returned from our stay at the Club Hotel & Residence Baiaverde in Sardinia, I wanted to make special mention of the animation team from MF Entertainment. Although we didn't make use of the children's club ourselves, it was impossible not to notice the incredible enthusiasm, energy and professionalism of the team. From morning until evening, they devoted themselves to ensuring the younger guests were engaged, encouraged and, above all, having fun. Their patience, warmth and ability to connect with the children were genuinely impressive. The evening entertainment was equally outstanding. It began with performances involving the children, songs, dances and choreographed routines, which were so well rehearsed and presented that they felt remarkably professional. The shows that followed for the adults were just as enjoyable, with each member of the team demonstrating their own talents, whether through singing, dancing, comedy or audience interaction. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and they created a wonderful atmosphere every evening. Even if organised entertainment isn't normally your thing, it's hard not to admire the commitment, talent and sheer hard work of the MF Entertainment team. As someone who simply observed rather than participated, I came away with enormous respect for what they do. They are a real credit to the hotel and undoubtedly enhance the experience for guests of all ages. Well done to every member of the team, and thank you for the enthusiasm and enjoyment you brought to so many families during our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The beach is very close by; it is long and beautiful. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim in the sea, and restrooms are located near the beach. The pool is clean and sufficiently large. I feel that this is a place I would like to return to, and I would recommend it to others.

In spite of arriving the following day of my booking, due to the delay of my flight I had to wait for a couple of hours because the apartment wasn't ready, and I had to pay 200 euros as a deposit on my arrival (without explanation), which was refunded the day before I left, even though I paid everything in advance!?! The apartment was clean but there were ants in the bedroom, so i had the swipe them away daily. When I asked for a solution for mosquitos, because I wake up with a swollen eye and face, at the reception the answer was: no we don't have anything. Same for toilet paper. I had to walk for 2 kilometers plus 2 to return, to buy anything I needed. There are no shops, nor facilities and no buses from the residence to the village of Valledoria. In Italy there is a policy of silence in the afternoon, but the guests and the staff/the cleaning ladies, didn't respected it. There was shouting, bumping, slamming, and children crying at any hour. The restaurant is definitely very expensive and while you eat the mosquitos devour you. Not even a citronella candle or the jest of caring about it. The place is nice and the staff is kind but it is a pity that you can't fully enjoy your stay.

In the afternoon much wind on the beach. Cooking with gaz is not fine. Electric fly killer is a recommendation. Distance to see something special is too far. If you cannot walk easy, then does not go to Sardinië

Posizione per vicinanza al mare (Castelsardo e altri paesini), pulizia delle parti comuni e degli appartamenti, colazione abbondante.

− Pizzeria/Griglieria con pessima qualità del cibo, parcheggi da delineare in modo più efficiente.

Agradable pero aspectos a mejorar

Ubicación, piscina, el apartamento es correcto

− El aparcamiento es público y está en un pinar. Tuvimos un incidente cuando nos íbamos porqué un coche aparcó en el camino de salida y nos impedía el paso. Era muy pronto sobre las 4 de la madrugada. No hay recepción a esas horas(hasta las 7:30 de la mañana)y supuestamente un vigilante hasta las 4 pero nosotros no vimos a nadie. Por suerte pudimos marcharnos con la ayuda de un vecino. Sólo te dan 1 rollo de papel de wc y no cambian ni sábanas ni toallas.
