9.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall our experience was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and the promenade. It is also surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets, while bus stops and several car rental offices are only a few minutes away, making it very easy to explore the island. The hotel also offers free parking, which is a great advantage for guests travelling by car. We were very pleased with our room. It was spacious, spotless, and well maintained throughout our stay. We had a room overlooking the street and a small garden, which turned out to be a great choice. Personally, we preferred this view, as it was much quieter than the poolside and allowed us to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings without the daytime noise from the pool area. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. One of the highlights of the hotel is the beautiful pool area. The pool is large, very well maintained, and the water is pleasantly warm. There are plenty of sun loungers available, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. The food was varied, fresh, and of excellent quality, with plenty of choices every day. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
− The only disappointing part of our stay was our interaction with the restaurant manager, Andrés. Unfortunately, we found his approach unprofessional and not guest-oriented. As paying guests, we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, but the way the situation was handled left us disappointed. Thankfully, this did not reflect the attitude of the rest of the team, who were consistently kind, professional, and attentive. Despite this isolated incident, we truly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel's excellent location, outstanding cleanliness, beautiful pool area, delicious food, and the professionalism of most of the staff make it a hotel we would gladly recommend and happily return to.
