Desde a chegada, fui recebido com muita atenção, cordialidade e profissionalismo por toda a equipe. Gostaria de fazer um agradecimento especial à Teresa, gerente do hotel, que se destacou não apenas pela competência e prestatividade, mas também pela forma humana e acolhedora com que trata os hóspedes. Sua atenção aos detalhes, disponibilidade e genuína preocupação em proporcionar uma ótima experiência fizeram toda a diferença durante minha estadia. Também deixo um agradecimento especial ao Fernando, da recepção, sempre muito atencioso, educado e solícito, contribuindo para que me sentisse muito bem recebido. É muito bom encontrar profissionais que realmente fazem a diferença e demonstram cuidado com o hóspede. 7.0Funcionários muito atenciosos, café da manhã excelente!
− Ficamos no primeiro andar , corredor de passagem para a área externa , muito barulho , conversa na frente da porta , teve uma noite 22:45 um grupo de adolescentes hospedado com som alto , conversa e risadas , próximo aos quartos, tive que enviar mensagem para recepção pois íamos viajar logo cedo , o hotel deveria ter regra de horário ou um espaço apropriado para isso!
