Amazing location and staff.
10.0Amazing experience in Explora Torres del Paine. The location is perfect, and the staff were amazing. Would definetly recommend the hotel and are already planning a new trip there in the future. Congradulations to all staff members for making us feel so good all the time we were there.

I think this is what a six-star hotel is like
10.0The hotel is in the middle of the park, and all the activities are within short distance. If you are into trekking and exploring Patagonia, this is for you. The hotel has activities and excursions fitting all ages and abilities; and there are lots of activities to choose from. You always go in small groups with a guide, and their guides are young, energetic, friendly and really know their park well. The food at the restaurant is right up there with high end restaurant in cities. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful; I had problems with airline coming in, and they would help track everything down, gave me update everyday until everything was sorted. Being all inclusive, you really just need to bring your clothes and trekking shoes (they provide trekking poles too) and you are all set. They even give everyone a water bottle as a welcome gift.
