1.0Lo unico positivo el tamaño de la television. Aunque luego no funcionaban las aplicaciones por la conexion. Buena ubicacion, zona muy tranquila.
− La cocina no tenía extracción. La luz de la habitación era muy oscura y muchas luces parpadeaban. La moqueta estaba muy sucia, había zonas que daban muchísimo asco. Manchas de suciedad de todos los colores y tamaños por toda la habitación y pasillos (incluidas las paredes)... El olor de la habitación tambien bastante raro... Las hamacas que están dentro de la piscina están super sucias y deterioradas. No había mantas ni tampoco sabanas de repuesto. Una pena por la buena pinta que tiene en las fotos que publicitan, pero sobre todo la parte de la limpieza es bastante lamentable y deja mucho que desear.

10.0Great apartments! They feature a small kitchen, a separate walk-in closet, and a bathroom equipped with both a shower stall and a Jacuzzi tub, as well as two sinks and a separate toilet. There is also a large terrace with access to an inner courtyard featuring a swimming pool. The pool is open until 9 PM, which is convenient as it ensures quiet after that time. The apartments are located a 5-minute walk from Fenals Beach. Check-in is handled via a self-service kiosk in the hotel lobby, and staff can be contacted via WhatsApp.All rooms in the apartment have air conditioning.. We asked for an electric kettle (since there wasn't one), and they kindly brought us one.
− The carpeting in all the apartments needs replacing; there are numerous stains in various rooms, which looks unsightly. Staff take a long time to respond—sometimes a whole day—when you need assistance. We asked them to book a taxi for us, as getting one is difficult in Lloret; we received no reply all day, and the next morning they refused the request. However, upon checking out, we ran into a hotel employee, and after we asked again, he helped us out.
