Dicht bij de stad

− Geen airco. Konden ook weinig ramen open op de avond om het even door te laten waaien.

Si, todo correcto. Las habitaciones sin ventana, pero para unas noches es todo muy correcto. Son tres habitaciones, una en la entrada sin ventana, quizás era como si hubiesen pintado hace poco. Otra habitación da al salón, y la tercera es en un altillo encima de la habitación del salón. Muy amplio y la ubicación muy buena.

The location was alright but it was still a bit of walk from KU Leuven where we had to spend most of our time.

− So many things went wrong from beginning to end. First, the property charged me twice. It took numerous email exchanges, phone calls, and messages before I finally received a refund. Second, we booked accommodation for three people but were given only one key. The garbage was never taken out, the towels were never replaced, the stove was extremely slow to heat up—it took about 30 minutes just to fry eggs—the bathroom filter was clogged, no bath mats were provided, and both the patio door and the screen door were broken, making it difficult to get fresh air into the apartment or cool the rooms down. We experienced a heat wave during our stay, yet no fans were provided. By chance, we ran into a woman who became extremely hostile toward my friend from Cameroon. She shouted things such as, “Get out of here” and “I do not want to see you.” After we calmly insisted, she provided only one fan for three people staying in three separate rooms. Finally, some guests returned very late on our last night and made a great deal of noise between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m., even though we had to wake up early to catch our flights. This was by far the worst apartment stay I have ever experienced in Europe. I strongly recommend staying away from this property.

L'emplacement était très central. L'espace de l'appartement était très généreux. Il y avait des places de parking payantes à proximité. L'accès à l'appartement se fait de façon autonome, ce qui est très pratique.

− La salle de bains était petite, mal aérée, mal éclairée. L'émail de la baignoire est abîmé. Il n'y avait pas assez de gel de douche dans le distributeur.
