10.0Nossa experiência neste hotel foi excepcional! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com muita cordialidade e atenção por toda a equipe, que demonstrou profissionalismo e um cuidado genuíno. As instalações são muito bem cuidadas, confortáveis e acolhedoras. O quarto é amplo, extremamente limpo e oferece todo o conforto necessário para descansar com tranquilidade. A localização também é excelente, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos da região. O café da manhã merece um destaque especial: variado, saboroso e preparado com muita qualidade. Cada detalhe demonstra o compromisso do hotel com a excelência e a satisfação dos hóspedes. Recomendo este hotel de olhos para quem busca conforto, qualidade e um atendimento diferenciado. Com certeza voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade!

10.0Sem dúvida uma das melhores hospedagens que já tive. Desde o check-in até o checkout, foi tudo ótimo. O hotel é muito bem cuidado, os quartos são impecáveis e a localização é excelente. O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que já encontrei em hotel. Muita variedade, tudo fresco e muito saboroso. Mas o que mais me chamou a atenção foi o atendimento. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, simpáticos e prestativos. Dá para perceber que a equipe realmente se preocupa em fazer a experiência do hóspede ser a melhor possível. Saio muito satisfeito e, quando voltar para Florianópolis, com certeza vou me hospedar aqui de novo. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

10.0Es un lugar excelente para descansar , muy preocupados de tus inquietudes , si necesitas algo y de darte información para tu seguridad. El desayuno es super bueno y su anfitriones como Nico y Vianca son muy cordiales y siempre dando un buen servicio en el restaurante. Y las cenas son deliciosas y variadas.
