10.0Ele fica perto do centro de Gramado por uma boa caminhada. Uns 1,7km. Fica bem perto do Lago Negro tbm. O Hotel é 5 estrelas então tinha detalhes relacionados. Piscina aquecida de verdade, mesmo em dias frios é quente. Café da manhã com produtos de qualidade pra um 5s. Corredores sempre quentinhos e aromatizados o tempo todo. Até champanhe teve, mas só é um dia dos 6 que passei. Boa academia e sauna seca.
− Nada demais. Vou comentar para alertar a equipe. Na área da piscina vc tinha 2 opções pra chamar o garçom e pedir algo do restaurante do hotel: uma haste de madeira com botão que vc apertaria pra alertar o garçom e ele vim e telefone pra ligar para o hamal do hotel. O botão não alertou e o telefone estava sem linha. Pensei, como assim? Duas opções. Quebrou um e o outro e imagino que estava assim a um bom tempo. Consegui pq uma moça da equipe do restaurante foi até a área da piscina e então pedi o drink Margarita.

6.0Os quartos são amplos, muito confortáveis e bem decorados. O banheiro também merece destaque, com chuveiro de excelente pressão e água sempre bem quente, proporcionando uma ótima experiência. A piscina aquecida é um dos grandes pontos positivos do hotel, sendo extremamente agradável e um excelente espaço para relaxar. O café da manhã é bastante completo, com grande variedade de frutas, pães e outras opções, atendendo bem a diferentes preferências. Outro destaque é o serviço de massagem, que é de ótima qualidade e contribui para tornar a estadia ainda mais agradável.
− A recepção é cordial, porém deixa a desejar em aspectos importantes de atendimento e hospitalidade. Faltam proatividade e atenção aos hóspedes, como oferecer auxílio com as malas, fornecer recomendações sobre a cidade ou simplesmente demonstrar maior disposição em tornar a experiência mais acolhedora, algo esperado de um hotel quatro estrelas tradicional em Gramado. Além disso, durante a estadia fui cobrado incorretamente diversas vezes, com lançamentos de itens de frigobar que não foram consumidos e cobranças duplicadas de room service. Embora todos os valores tenham sido corrigidos após meus apontamentos, chamou a atenção a quantidade de erros ocorridos. Caso eu não estivesse acompanhando a conta com atenção, teria realizado pagamentos indevidos.
