Property scammed us for over $100 on our bookings.com room rate and then tried to refuse to give us a refund. Police had

− Staff tried not to give us a refund even after we got scammed and had canceled our booking. Police had to get involved just to get our refund.

6.0Location is amazing. It's centrally located. So many decent eating joints just opposite hotel. Being India, it was great to have room service from Indian restaurant located within hotel.
− Everything is too old. Facilities have to be better. Rooms small/average.
