10.0The location, my room has a comfortable bed, lots of surfaces and a little fridge. The shower was cold the first night/morning, I told them and it was fixed immediately. I got cold, asked for another blanket, it was there when I got back. They've been very helpful and flexible, allowing me to extend my stay in the same room and changing reserved nights for my daughter, as we await a discharge date from the hospital. Despite language barrier, Google translate has been a boon. Breakfast is nice too. .
− Initially the cold shower but it was fixed immediately. For a 3 star in central florianopolis it's been great.
