3.0Šī vieta ir ļoti skaista, un ir redzams, ka par to tiek ļoti rūpīgi rūpēts. The setting is beautiful, and it's obvious that the place is exceptionally well maintained.
− The receptionist who attended to us was completely rude, arrogant, and condescending. Her attitude seriously spoiled our stay. At no point did she show any empathy or willingness to help; she simply spoke to us in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, without offering any alternatives for dining at the restaurant or trying to find a solution. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a hotel of this category, where customer service should be one of its greatest strengths. I sincerely believe that the management should review the training and professionalism of some of its staff, as a single employee can ruin what would otherwise be a wonderful experience.

7.0Aamiainen oli normaali. Olisimme odottaneet keskellä upeinta satokautta tuoreita marjoja tai paikallisia vihanneksia. Aamiainen ei vastannut käsitystä luksus-spahotellin monipuolisesta aamiaistarjonnasta. Aamiainen tarjottiin kiviseinäisessä vanhan kartanon salissa, jossa syöntivälineiden äänet, puheen sorina ja lasten kirkkaat huomautukset kaikuivat. Voisiko aamiaisaikaa pidentää alkamaan klo 7.30? Hotellin sijainti Lahemaan kansallispuistossa on mainio! Lähikartanot Sagadi ja Palmse upeita tutustumiskohteita!
