− Unhöfliche Personal, Essen hat gar nicht geschmeckt, Renovierung bedürftige Hotel, würde jeder von dieser Hotel Buchung abraten, verstehe nicht wieso die Leute positive Bewertungen abgeben? Habe mit Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht, so eine schlechte Erfahrung in Türkei war erste mal.

10.0Хорошее местоположение, вид на Голубую мечеть. До Площади Султан Ахмет 5 минут пешком. У нас был 3 этаж. только с утра конечно слышно намаз. В целом чисто, видно, что уже немного уставшее, но персонал старается, полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтраки хорошие, всегда был омлет, вареные яица, овощи, салаты, хлопья, шарики, молочные продукты, оливки, вкусное сливочное масло, пышный хлеб, разнообразие сыров, голодным не останешься. На террасе прекрасный вид,поднимались пили чай, кофе, да и просто любовались видами😍 Рядом сувенирные лавки (которые видно с балкона), там самые дешевые магниты)))
− Когда попросили убраться в номере, как будто просто снова поменяли полотенца. Ну и все везде курят (не говорю, что персонал) возможно запах с улицы, иногда веет запахом сигарет

− Оплата была онлайн, но мне написали что не смогут снять деньги с карты и по приезду я должен буду оплатить наличкой либо картой физически, я отправлял отца и мать в эту поездку, они были уже в аэропорту когда со мной связались с этого отеля, за отмену они потребовали деньги, бесплатную отмену не дали, в итоге я не смог отменить и бронь так и осталась висеть, самый ужасный персонал и ужасное отношение к клиенту
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit gehobener Ausstattung
9.0Super Frühstück (Buffet und individuelle Zubereitung Eierspeisen), sehr sauber, gehobene und moderne Ausstattung, SPA mit Fitnessbereich auf 2 Etagen, der besser ist als mein Sportstudio. Als wir einmal zu spät zum Frühstück kamen, wurde das in der Schließung befindliche Buffet für uns extra noch einmal aufgemacht - sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend - haben wir so noch nie erlebt.
− Zu hohe Getränkepreise im Lobbybereich. Wir hätten gerne öfter am Abend die Hotelbar im EG benutz, aber die Preise waren zu hoch (ca. 50% über den Preisen in der Stadt).
