− We requested additional pillows for 4 people ( we booked 2 rooms with 3 people each room) because we came a long way from Niigata and the pillows are a bit flat , so we went to the front desk and requested before going to sleep and i think its the manager that told us we cant request pillows because additional pillows were placed on the rack inside the room, but one room has no rack or cabinet inside and the other room has no extra pillows. So we ended up not sleeping well.
