8.0-Zimmer sauber und geräumig -Empfang / Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit -das Team beim Frühstück muss definitiv geschult werden. Wir haben zwei Mal höflich um Besteck gebeten und haben beim zweiten mal die Antwort bekommen, dass wir uns das Besteck von an einem anderen Tisch entnehmen können. In dieser Hotelkategorie erwarten wir einen anderen Service.
