2.0This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The Expedia portal showed this as a 3-star property but this one is not good enough even to be a 1-star lodge. The toilet and the wash basin was stained, there were hairs all over the drains, the water shower was broken - splashing water sideways, the soap holder was all rusted, no toiletries like body wash, paste or shampoo was empty, one of the lift was broken, the bedroom fabrics were stained, the mattress cover was torn, pillows were dusty and allergic, room was not clean and had some black colored trash in the corners, I can keep going. I have taken tons of photos and videos on how the room was and could be shared. The photo of the property you have in the website seems to be fake, no clue when or how the property looked that way. I tried contacting Expedia with the issue after my first day’s stay but the support personnel just gave me a $20 credit without any other alternative which was not enough to cover half price if I had to vacate and book another room. Overall it was terrible experience at the hotel, and reputed portals like Expedia should never be hosting such a fake-scam hotel. I booked through Expedia for the trust I had and the support I would’ve expected from Expedia’s side and it is unfortunate to say you have failed me on both.
