− Bed was aan de zachte kant maar dit is heel persoonlijk uiteraard.

− Die Dame an der Rezeption, die nach meinem empfinden mehr mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt war, als sich Lösungsorientiert zu verhalten. A) Betten machen B) Nachfrage nach WC Papier Beide Male wirkte sie etwas sehr unzufrieden, da in beiden Fällen am mobilen Endgerät aktiv

7.0ein freies Willkommensgetränk ist eine sehr schöne Geste. Auch der Getränkepreis aus dem frei zugänglichen Getränkekühlschrank ist endlich mal ein faires Angebot. Das Frühstück ist echt super, schöne angerichtet und ein gutes Angebot steht zur Verfügung. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus sind sehr gut zu erreichen.
− Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Ausblick in Richtung Stadtkern und Ems, allerdings hatte natürlich die Sonne das Zimmer trotz geschlossener Vorhänge unangenehm aufgeheizt. Sicher kein Problem wenn schlechtes Wetter ist. Ein großer Ventilator steht zur Verfügung welcher aber die Temperatur nicht absenkt. Zimmer war damit sehr sehr warm. Eine Klimanlage für die Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite wäre echt zu empfehlen.

− Het hotel is prima maar het is wel erg onpersoonlijk. Je betaald bij aankomst, je krijgt summier te horen waar je kamer en het ontbijt is en that's it.
