A+ staffing experience!
10.0Entire sports team and their families stayed at the hotel for numerous days. Staff were AMAZING! Front desk, security, other hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! The renos in the lobby were very nice. Would highly recommend :)
Not worth the money.
4.0I have been coming here for years through work and thankfully this year the carpet was removed from my room. But, the contractor they hired to “update” the room should never be used again. Bathroom vanity looks like it was pulled from the dumpster of a home reno and wiped off. The “marble” cusion floor has sticky glue remnants at the seams. And the fridge wobbles enough to knock over the contents every time I open the door. This room was a booked through the company I work for. If I was footing the bill I would have asked for a refund. Location is convenient as it’s in the middle of town, but be aware it’s on the main thoroughfare and there’s heavy traffic throughout the day and night. P. S. Don’t cross the road without going to the stop lights at the corner.
