10.0The properties attention to detail. The staff was all courteous, professional and hospitable, they went above and beyond. We felt so pampered from the moment we stepped out of the plane to when we get back to the plane. Our stay was well orchestrated . It really exceeded my expectations,

− The bedroom can still be improved. Retain the Filipino design and materials but make it more refined.

8.0ロケーションは最高でした のんびりとアイランドリゾートを楽しめます バスタオルの替えも何度もくれますし、ゲストが快適に過ごせるように配慮されてます。 ただ、アラカルトメニューやドリンクが高いです サービスは丁寧ですが、ルームキーのエラーの修理をお願いしたのに直されてなくて、もう一度頼みに行きました アメニティは環境に配慮してるのはわかりますが、再利用できる室内履きのサンダル等を用意した方が良いと思います。 全体としてはやや割高

10.0Amazing place, perfect combination of resort and nature. Most amazing customer service, world class. From the time you arrive at the airport in Lio, up to the time you board the plane from Lio airport, the team is focused on providing a seamless experience. Highly recommended.
