Noch nie erlebtes Zimmerchaos
5.0Klimaanlage
− Das unser eigentlich bereits bestätigtes Zimmer bereits vergeben war und wir bis 1:30 in der Nacht (in Summe über 1 Stunde => 75 Min) warten mussten, bis wir ein Ersatzzimmer hatten. Der Portier wirkte überfordert bzw nicht ganz da, die Kollegin hatte einen Nervenzusammenbruch, weil wir nicht das einzige Zimmer waren, das doppelt belegt war. Ich würde mich daher nicht mehr trauen dort einzuchecken.

6.0Il letto era comodo e il cortile interno carino. Posizione facilmente raggiungibile
− Pulizia dozzinale, accoglienza fredda. Nonostante a Monaco fosse possibile pagare con carta ovunque, nell’albergo non era possibile acquistare nulla se non in contanti. Il mini frigo nella camera era rotto e maleodorante.

− Räume sehr eng, Bad zu klein, Waschbecken unakzeptabel klein und zu hoch angebracht, die Ablage darüber stört sehr
