− Our bathroom was not clean and had hair in the shower. The iron had black stuff burned on it that got on my husbands clothes. And we didn’t have toiletries (toilet paper) as we should

7.0The staff is friendly , and the location itself was great . We walked to the Phillies games and took a few Ubers to down town .
− The hotel definitely could use some work. Our room you could tell there’s been a lot of water damage . And it’s been attempted to be painted over . Over all it was okay .

3.0The location to the stadiums. That is literally the only thing.
− Waited 1 hour in line to check in. It was ridiculous. I am pregnant two other pregnant ladies out in the sun in an 1 hour line. Elderly people and kids… talked to the staff. NO ONE CARED. They did not offer water or anything to the people in line. Asked for a manager. Manager is off the whole weekend. Staff said it was like this every weekend. Breakfast was „complimentary“ normally it costs 15,99. Which is RIDICULOUS. It’s what you get in an Inn what is usually for FREE. Staff wanted a tip for bringing orange juice! Get a machine!
