10.0We were welcomed in a friendly and informative manner, then walked into our room and went “WOW”. The view was just spectacular. We had a fabulous 3 nights at Malibu, such a perfect location and the unit had everything we needed with lots of space for the 3 of us.

8.0The property was very clean - best I’ve seen. Spa in main bathroom was not accessible when 1 BR booked assumed it would be. Security was poor, night gate was not locked as out of order so lift to apartment was accessible from street. No key required to access lift. Excellent view from apartment to beach.
