10.0This was one of the best accommodation experiences I've ever had. Paolo is an exceptional host—always responsive, friendly, and ready to help with any questions. Communication was excellent from the very beginning. I had a late-night arrival, and everything was perfectly organized. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the room was fully prepared for a comfortable stay. The level of service exceeded my expectations. The apartment was always kept at a comfortable temperature, spotlessly clean, and housekeeping was provided every day. Fresh towels were replaced daily, the bed was neatly made every day, and complimentary drinking water was always available in the refrigerator. These thoughtful details made me feel truly welcome. The location is another major advantage. The apartment is in the heart of Rome, within easy walking distance of the city's main attractions, yet the windows overlook a quiet courtyard, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality. My highest rating goes both to the apartment itself and to Paolo as a host and business owner. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

9.0The property was in walking distance from Rome Central station and the coliseum. Central to most other sites with 2.5 - 3kms. The host was amazing and very easy to contact and very quick to reply. Room was cleaned everyday and there were ample snacks provided. Great stay.
