8.0A localização é excelente, numa zona muito tranquila junto ao rio. Os pontos de carregamento para veículos elétricos foram uma mais‑valia importante durante a estadia. A limpeza esteve sempre muito bem, consistente ao longo da semana. A equipa de colaboradores foi simpática, atenciosa e prestável, contribuindo para uma experiência agradável. O acesso à piscina para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida é muito bom, permitindo usufruir do espaço com segurança e autonomia.
− A casa de banho continua insuficientemente adaptada para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, com falta de barras de apoio bem posicionadas e espaço de manobra limitado. Faltam equipamentos essenciais para o duche, como cadeira ou banco, o que dificulta a utilização segura e autónoma por quem precisa de apoio adicional. Alguns aspetos da manutenção poderiam ser melhorados, especialmente em áreas comuns que mostram sinais de desgaste.
