− Floor one, when you went through the double door to the right when you come out of the lift, there was a musky smell in the corridor. It was highlighted and dealt with very efficiently.
A stay to remember!
10.0As a single mum, the value for money that comes with stay and play is exceptional! Two days entrance to the park included in the price, breakfast has plenty to choose from and also 3 fast track ticket each which means going on the rides that we enjoy all the more smoother. We enjoyed our stay and have definitely recommending friends. Very family friendly! Also love being able to do a bit of mini golf before the park open.
Visit with grandchildren
10.0Had a great three day visit with my grandchildren, they had the time of their lives, all staff we dealt with at the hotel and the park were courteous and helpful, also was glad to see that they were not allowing queue jumping and dealt with it immediately when they saw it. Happy we left stormforce until the end of the day as we were absolutely soaked 🤣🤣 A special thanks to Martin on the Stormforce ride, he was really helpful even when he was under a lot of pressure. Will definitely be returning.
Stay at Drayton Manor Hotel
10.0The room was clean with plentiful tea and coffee, the beds comfortable and the aircon efficient. We had a standard room, Dinner menu was sufficient and plenty of choice at breakfast with Eggs ? Scrambled always available with Boiled, Fried or Poached made to order. Hotel staff very friendly with check in and car parking pass processed quickly
