10.0We came to London for a holiday, but apparently we accidentally signed up for a survival challenge 😂 First, we missed our prepaid airport bus and had to take an unexpected train. Then our original accommodation turned into a bit of a disaster… And then you came along and saved the day! ❤️ You rescued us from spending a fortune on a last-minute alternative or sleeping under a bridge in London 😂 Thank you for being our lifesavers when we needed it most! After the chaos we’d been through, we appreciated your help and hospitality more than you can imagine. You were definitely one of the highlights of our trip! ❤️ A special thank you to the lovely receptionist, who was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. She genuinely seemed to care about what had happened to us and made us feel looked after when we really needed it ❤️ That kindness meant a lot to us!

− Les photos sont plus belles que ce que l’hôtel est véritablement. C’est assez vétuste et les chambres sont très petites. Il n’y a pas de place pour ouvrir les valises et pour circuler. La salle de bain est également minuscule.
