I approached the Front Desk and these two Gentleman Rodrigo an Irvin were outspoken and outgoing by providing me what I asked for. Very calm and friendly! I would say they will assist you all the way!

Not for me and never again.

This place isn’t for me and I think some reviews overlook a lot of imperfections. It did start well! We had to change some names on the reservation and this was helped by a great worker at the front desk. This happened a few months before check in. However, when we checked in, Martín was about as useful as a chocolate kettle. Wrong information was given and he also informed us we had TWO reservations for the same dates. He was adamant we had 2. It was odd why I’d book 2 for the exact same time. I questioned it and looked at all my bookings. Now we’re in July, and he was referring to another I have (now had) booked in December. Clearly he didn’t look closely enough. If you can’t tell the difference between different months, Pullman has some serious staff issues. Talking of staff, I saw reception, restaurant and security staff on their personal phones far too often! Sure, we’re all guilty of it. But at work? In front of guests? Not for me. Needless to say, I’ve now cancelled my booking in December. This place ain’t cheap! And I’d rather spend less and receive more with their competition. I think the name only here is the draw card. Room was ok. Nothing special. It was sterile and I know it’s a hotel room, but the layout didn’t work for me. Anyway, enough negativity. My observations are different from most. Just be mindful who check you in. It could make or break your stay.

A lovely stay and we were very happy to return for another 2 nights at the end of our Peru stay.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
