5.0Location and room was clean
− The entrance was terrible - unkept, plants all over the floor and entering looked like a half way house. Customers should be warned that there is building work (or something) going on there! Also room with balcony that was unfit for anyone or anything.

3.0On the esplanade but our room had no view and an irrelevant pokey little courtyard fenced in with 6' high cheap wooden palings totally blocking any view.
− The entire front part of the hotel which looked like it was once a bar and restaurant was like a construction site but there was little evidence of actual construction going on. The room was old fashioned, rather worn looking, furniture showing signs of wear and tear. Same for carpet. Same for bathroom. Upstairs there was a deck and pool but once again looking very old and worn a bit grubby, no decent furniture, very unloved.
Stayed for 3 nights great position across the road from the beach.
8.0Close to beach & restaurants. Bed was clean & comfortable. Staff were wonderful.

A relaxing holiday,with a couple of adventures as well. Karanda sky rail, and trip to the reef.
10.0Every aspect of Sarayi was excellent, lovely beach and easy to reach restaurants. The apartment was roomy and clean.

10.0The relaxed vibe of the hotel and staff. Very welcoming and perfect location. They are in the process of renovating the bar and restaurant and I can't wait for the opening.. I will be back for the 4th time definately ❤️
