7.0La ubicación y las instalaciones son perfectas.
− El personal no es el más amable, no nos permitieron usar las instalaciones del hotel como nos dijeron al avisar sobre nuestro early check in y no hablo de la habitación, sino que ni el restaurante nos permitieron usar, sólo una persona fue amable en nuestra estancia, el demás personal muy grosero.

9.0Amazing location! Really close to the Tiergarden and Zoo, 15 minutes walk to the Berlin Gates. Room was clean and cozy, and quite spacious. Also we enjoyed swimming pool and Sauna, included into the stay. Will come back again, no doubts

9.0Die sehr gute Lage, ich konnte meine Ziele perfekt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Schönes helles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Siegessäule. Freundlicher Empfang. Ruhig.
